Choose a photograph or photographer whose work we touch on in class, one whose work compels youmakes you stop, look, think, work you find yourself  lingering over.  As clearly and precisely as possible, describe something about this work you do not fully understand.  Then create a pathway through this incomprehension, naming at least two potential paths you might follow to resolve it.

Look up Henri Cartier-Bresson and talk about his photography, talk about personal feelings when looking at his photos instead of an analysis of himself or his photos. take a look at the uploaded picture and write about that as well as his style and aesthetics, what surprises, confuses etc. you.
