How it works

Generalwritings.com seeks to serve its clients beyond their expectations. From the time you first make contact with us until when you receive your paper, we strive to offer what you cannot get elsewhere. Here are our terms of service.

Order for a paper

Access our website through www.generalwritings.com. Order your content by clicking on ‘buy content.’ You will get a form which you will fill your order requirements including the number of pages and your email address. Once you submit it, the system will automatically create a client account for you and send in the logins to your email. The automatic calculator will generate the price of the content and send it to your client account. Log into your account using the logins sent to your email and proceed with making payment. You will also receive guidelines on how to pay for the order.

Pay for your order

To enable us to get the best writer to work on your order, the company’s policy requires you to first make payment. We start timing your order once a payment verification message has been received in our systems. 

Notification email

We process orders according to the set deadline. Urgent orders can be processed in few hours while normal orders take up to four days. Once your content is ready and has been made available in the system, you will receive a confirmation email. Log into your client account and download the paper. You can also request our support staff to email directly to you.

Revision

We revise papers that fail to meet the client specifications. Once you have downloaded your paper, go through it and in case you feel some sections were left out, contact us. We offer free revision services if you get back to us within two days after you receive your paper.
