The purpose of this assignment is to describe how information technology solutions can enhance an organization’s competitive advantage (CLO 2.2), to  apply e-commerce methodology to support the goals of an organization (CLO 5.2), to applying knowledge management methodology to support the goals of an organization (BestBuy) (CLO 5.3), and to continue formulating a plan for enterprise information systems infrastructure within an organization (CLO 4.4). To do this, use the chapter lectures, assigned readings, and any relevant outside sources to select an e-commerce business model for your selected organization(BestBuy), describe the e-commerce category that applies to your organization, and describe how knowledge management will be applied as a technique within your selected organization.

Scenario: You are the Information Technology director for your selected organization. You will continue to write a systems infrastructure plan for your organization(BestBuy); this week, you will describe how e-commerce and knowledge management will be utilized by your selected organization.
