It needs to have an intro paragraph with thesis statement, 3 body paragraphs and a conclusion paragraph. The paragraph before the conclusion needs to be the opposition. The body paragraphs have to have a reason as to why Im for or against high college costs and there must be supporting evidence explaining it. Needs in-text citations and a reference page.
